How to Organize and Manage Your Social Media World

If you take a closer look at any successful business, you’ll find an extremely well-oiled machine. The foundation is built upon a system of efficiency that typically yields a high return on investment.

Checks and balances are in place to make sure that priorities are getting met and everyone is being productive. Without them, efficiency would decrease and ultimately the business’s bottom line would suffer.

As you invest more time and energy into promoting your practice online, you’ve got to come up with ways to streamline the process. The last thing you need is to add more tasks to the busyness of your day.

We’ve already discussed ways to update your social media platforms through Ping.fm and TubeMogul. However, you may be wondering if there’s a simpler way to organize, manage and view all of your accounts within one browser. Well, fortunately, there is and it’s called Flock.

7 Bloggers You Need to Add to Your RSS Subscription TODAY!

In my last post, I encouraged you to break through the glass ceiling of your practice by investing time, energy and resources in new ways of marketing. If you recall, you must Think Different to accomplish this.

However, even though the battle cry for change was evident, I didn’t give you much ammunition to take back with you into the trenches. So, today I plan on rectifying that problem by introducing you to seven professional bloggers that you MUST add to your RSS subscription. (If you’re still a little fuzzy on what RSS is, then read this explanation.)

Before I provide the resources, please understand that I am cognizant to the fact that I don’t hold all of the answers. It would be foolish and absolutely asinine of me to think that I do.

Apple, Think Different and Your Chiropractic Practice

Do you know the definition of insanity?

Albert Einstein said it this way, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”

In other words, you need to quit doing what you’re doing today that doesn’t work and shift your focus toward learning new ideas or ways that do. This is one of the main reasons why I created this blog — to help chiropractors understand that there are newer, more effective ways to market their practices than what they’re currently utilizing.

Form a Tribe for Your Chiropractic Practice the Seth Godin Way

post23_tribesTribes is the newest book by marketing genius, Seth Godin. Its premise deploys the idea that people need a leader and that leader is you.

According to an editorial review by Publishers Weekly, “Godin argues that lasting and substantive change can be best effected by a tribe: a group of people connected to each other, to a leader and to an idea. Smart innovators find or assemble a movement of similarly minded individuals and get the tribe excited by a new product, service or message, often via the Internet.”

An incredible way to run with this idea is by building your blog. There simply isn’t a better way to connect with patients, prospects and your community.

Why Your WordPress Chiropractic Blog Needs the Thesis Theme

Thesis Theme for WordPress: Options Galore and a Helpful Support CommunityHopefully by now you’ve had a chance to experiment with the different blogging platforms available. If not and you’re wondering where to start, then make sure you read my past post on how to setup a blog for your chiropractic practice.

If you chose the WordPress platform, then one of the first things you probably noticed is that you can change the appearance of your blog by simply installing a new theme.
