To answer your question, the Blackberry is a solid machine but I prefer the iPhone. To me, it’s simply the best smartphone on the market today.

Hey Doc,

Just found your site and find it very informative. I’m looking to expand my online presence, so with all the technology you have talked about…especially today’s post…do you recommend one PDA/smartphone over another to coordinate all of this. Currently I use a Blackberry and considering switching to an Iphone.

Thanks again Dr. MacNamara for another great post! I especially like the list of directories. I am listed on most of them but didn’t know about the others.

I also like the part that the ‘Web 2.0 is about the conversation”. I’ve been following some chiropractors (who obviously don’t read this blog) who are ‘blasting Twitter’s time line with tweets all about themselves and their businesses, annoying people and not engaging in meaningful conversations and building relationships.’ Which is what using Social Media is really is about. That is building trust before you get people to listen to you about what you have to offer them.
