Respected Chiropractic Leader, Thomas A. Owen III, Launches His Blog for Chiropractors

Boy, oh boy, do I have a treat for you! Today I’m honored, humbled, privileged, and absolutely thrilled to introduce to you one of the most influential chiropractic leaders of our time, Thomas A Owen III.

As many of you are aware, I’m extremely passionate about blogging. Not just for the sake of blogging but for the power it provides the chiropractic profession to spread our much needed and timely message. Currently, no other platform can compete with a blog’s simplicity, cost-effectiveness and reach.

This is just one of the reasons why the president of Affordable Management and Consulting, based out of Chattanooga, Tennessee, has joined forces with me and other chiropractic leaders to promote the chiropractic message through our blogs.

Before I direct you to Mr. Owen’s blog, allow me to lay the proper foundation.

Mr. Owen has been around our profession since the day he was born. As many already know, he’s the son of Dr. Tom Owen, one of our profession’s GREATS!

Just to give you some background, Mr. Owen is the infant you see on the old black and white reel-to-reel films being held by Dr. Clarence Gonstead as he teaches proper infant adjusting technique.

He’s also spent countless hours with many other GREATS within our profession. Here’s just a partial list:

  • Dr. Roy Sweat
  • Dr. Larry Troxell
  • Dr. Bill Harris
  • Dr. Bert Boutwell
  • Dr. John Boutwell
  • Dr. Jim Revels
  • Dr. Tom Gilardi
  • Dr. Burt Pierce
  • Dr. Tom Fields
  • Dr. Charley Ward
  • Dr. Sid Williams
  • Dr. John Proctor

… and, the list goes on and on!

Outside of being a phenomenally talented businessman and entrepreneur, Mr. Owen (as mentioned earlier) is the president of AMC, lectures coast-to-coast to tens of thousands of chiropractors, specialty groups, and colleges.

He’s also an author and co-hosts a hugely successful podcast for chiropractors called Chiro Straight Talk with Dr. Todd Osborne.

Via ChiroStraightTalk.com, listeners can tune in to hear straight talk about the art, business, philosophy, and science of chiropractic.

On numerous occasions, he’s told me that his mission is and always will be “to change the face of chiropractic — some DC’s will come and go, laws may change, third party coverage may disappear but in the end there will be an army of chiropractors that will stand the test of time by delivering quality chiropractic in stress free, self-sustaining, referral practices”.

And, he’s absolutely right!

How do I know this?

Because I’ve witnessed it firsthand as I’ve watched hundreds upon hundreds of chiropractic practices succeed through his leadership and guidance since 2001.

Mr. Owen is a tremendous blessing, friend, mentor of mentors, and leader of leaders within the chiropractic profession. I could continue to write about his accomplishments, gifts and God-given abilities but simply don’t have the time or space .

Suffice it to say, if there’s one additional blog you add to your RSS reader, Mr. Owen’s is a MUST! He can be found at ThomasAOwenIII.com

When you stop by, make sure you welcome him into the blogosphere by leaving comments, following him on Twitter, connecting with him on Linkedin, and becoming a fan of AMC on Facebook.

Welcome, Tom! You are the best!!
