One of the most frequent questions I receive from chiropractors venturing into the world of social media marketing is how on earth can one easily organize and manage the conglomerate of social media accounts from one interface?
Great question! And, several years ago, the answer wouldn’t have been straightforward. Outside of Ping.fm and Friendfeed, there really weren’t very many options.
For those not familiar with either service, Ping.fm is a simple service that allows users to update their social networks all at once whereas Friendfeed aggregates them into one timeline much like how RSS feeds are fed into Newsreaders.
But, as time progressed, other companies have entered the marketplace with their attempt at social media management. Popular names like HootSuite, TweetDeck, and Seesmic come to mind.
