As more chiropractors begin experimenting with social media marketing, one of the challenges they’ll face is how to organize and manage their campaigns within various social media networks.

For beginners, I recommend services like Ping.fm and Tubemogul. They’re easy to use, integrate well with multiple social media networks, and save chiropractors valuable time.
In addition, Ping.fm can update all of your accounts at once either via text or smartphone app. For a more detailed discussion on both, read 2 Ways to Quickly Update Your Social Media Sites All at Once.
For more seasoned users, check out HootSuite, MarketMeTweet, Seesmic, and TweetDeck. All services provide easy integration between Facebook and Twitter and are fairly easy to use.
My personal favorite is MarketMeTweet. I’ve been using it since it first came out and have been very impressed with its robust features. Version 2.0, which was recently released, added additional features that are well worth the money.
But, if you’re looking for even more flexibility and control, then you might want to hire a social media management service. If you need a primer on what these businesses do, then I highly recommend Laurie McCabe’s article titled What is Social Media Management, and Why Should You Care?.
Even though there are many companies that offer these services, the following five get my pick for busy chiropractors:
1. SocialTalk
4. Sendible
5. BatchBook
As you can see, the options are numerous. But with a little more research, you should be able to determine which one of the above will fit the bill for your social media management needs.
Question: Do you use a social media management service? If so, what’s been your experience so far and how has it impacted your practice’s bottom line?

Honored to be among your favorite!
I don’t know how I’d manage my Twitter presence without MarketMeTweet. Thanks for providing such a stellar product!
So you do a lot in the chiro world? one of my favorite people on this planet is Dr Judy Roth. An amazing woman and chiropractor! (drjudyroth.com)
Yes, I stay very busy through Next Generation Chiropractor, Blogging Chiros, Developing Others, and AMC.
I checked out Dr. Roth’s site and am glad to see her utilizing a blog for her practice. That’s rare in our profession and the main reason why I started Next Generation Chiropractor.
I joined her Facebook fan page. Is she on Twitter as well? If so, let me know her username and I’ll start following her. Thanks for the connection!
Yes it’s http://www.facebook.com/DrJudyRoth and @DrJudyRoth on twitter (though she only just started on twitter!)
The woman is amazing. She’s actually going to be doing something really cool for charity soon with cancer patients, maybe she should contact you to help get the word out?
I’d love to help in any way I can. Thanks!
Tammy’s here!
I think you did a great job with your software, Tammy. I started using it last year. Keep up the good work.
Todd
Hi Dr Todd!
Great to hear that you love the software. I love what you do too – chiropractors rock. Maybe there needs to be a special “MarketMeTweet User Chiropractor Club”
~Tammy
That sounds like a great idea, Tammy! If you do move forward with this and offer a discount for chiropractors, let me know and I’ll write a blog post about it.

You should check out Spredfast as well. An independent study ranked Spredfast to be the best in the market place. http://www.whitehorse.com/Reports/
James,
After researching Spredfast more, I’d definitely add this one to the list. Thanks for sharing and for stopping by the site. I greatly appreciate it!
