How to Keep Your Chiropractic Blog Updated Without Writing a Word

Chiropractic MarketingOne of the biggest struggles I see chiropractors face when they commit to launching a chiropractic blog is keeping it consistently updated with valuable content.

When approached on why they don’t, the excuses are many. Some say they don’t have time to blog. Others say they don’t know what to write about or don’t know how to use their blogging software.

Even more say they don’t know how to target their articles so that they show up in search engines while still maintaining their appeal to various readers.

Because of these and a myriad of others excuses, I’m constantly looking for ways to help chiropractors reap the benefits of blogging without the hassle of writing. Let’s face it — not everyone is a writer or enjoys writing.

So in today’s post I’d like to feature one of my solutions on how to keep your chiropractic blog updated without writing a word.

WordPress 3.3: What’s New for Chiropractors

WordPress 3.3I’m a HUGE fan of WordPress.

Always have been and probably always will be.

This blog, Next Generation Chiropractor, as well as the majority of websites I build for Chiropractic Blog Designs’ customers, runs on a self-hosted version of WordPress built within the amazing Genesis Framework.

If you’re not sure if a self-hosted website is the correct decision for your business, then checkout this wonderful Infographic that explains the difference between a Self-Hosted vs. a free WordPress-hosted website.

If your current website runs on WordPress, make sure you or your webmaster update to the most current version. Not only will this protect your site but will also give you access to their latest goodies.

What goodies am I talking about?

Does Chiropractic Blogging Make Sense For Chiropractors?

Inbound Marketing StrategiesWhen compared to traditional marketing, inbound marketing is an entirely new concept. Because of this most chiropractors have problems making the transition. But in today’s rapidly-changing, technology-driven society, the writing is on the wall — either jump in whole-heartedly to succeed or stand complacently on the sidelines as your chiropractic business fails.

When considering inbound marketing, chiropractors need to focus on strategies that not only produce quick results but also lay deep digital roots for the future. Chiropractic blogging accomplishes the latter. Even though it may not produce immediate results, it is absolutely essential for building a large footprint online for your chiropractic business

How Chiropractic Bloggers Can Avoid Writer’s Block

Wad of PaperEvery once in a while chiropractic bloggers face the inevitable writer’s block. Although there are various causes, most blocks simply come from a lack of creativity or inspiration. Others come from a misunderstanding of the purpose of a blog.

Matter of fact, I hear it all of the time … “What’s so important about what I have to say?” or “Will people understand what I’m talking about?”

If you’ve asked yourself the above questions, then you’re approaching your blog from the wrong perspective. Remember, it’s not about you, it’s about them!

Every time you sit in front of your computer to write a new blog post, think about what your readers want to read. Better yet, find out what they’re searching for when they visit Google or other search engines. This will help fine-tune your message and get it noticed during search.

In addition, get creative by using online resources. By being an ear and eye, you’ll not only produce better content that meets the needs, wants, and desires of your prospects but will also become more efficient with your time.

For starters, check out the following resources that’ll help chiropractors avoid writer’s block.

Chiropractic Blog Designs Will Launch New Blog On April 4

Chiropractic Blog DesignsChiropractic Blog Designs is a web design, development, and hosting company for chiropractors. Its purpose is to help chiropractors smoothly transition into the world of blogging so that they can market their practices without too much of a learning curve.

One way this is accomplished is by building websites with WordPress. If doctors are familiar with Microsoft Word or any other text editing software, then they’ll feel right at home using the Visual Editor that’s built within WordPress.

In addition, they’ll gain the power of one of the most search engine optimized blogging platforms available today right out of the gate. This is important when trying to gain that coveted page one spot with Google or other major search engines.

Happy Thanksgiving

thanksgivingFor Americans, today is a day of true celebration that dates back well over four centuries. Introduced by European Americans, Thanksgiving has always been a time to reflect on God’s blessings and provision.

As I gather with loved ones, I, too, will reflect on the many blessings God has bestowed upon me and my family. Even though the list is quite extensive, I’ll make sure that my humbled gratitude is given to the One who made it all possible. Without Him, I’m truly nothing.

Likewise, as you gather with friends, family, and loved ones, I encourage you to do the same. A great place to start is through the links I’ve provided below. They’ll provide history to our holiday, foundation for our beliefs, and encouragement to future generations.

But before you dive into them, please know from the bottom of my heart how much I’m grateful for each one of you, the vibrant community that surrounds Next Generation Chiropractor. Without you, this blog wouldn’t exist.
