post56-screenflowT oday, I’ve decided to do something a little bit different from my typical blog posts. Since I occasionally receive basic questions about blogs and blogging, I’ve put together a screencast that will walk you through the structure of my blog, NextGenerationChiropractor.com.

Believe it or not, there are chiropractors out there who have never even heard of the term blog. I guess this shouldn’t surprise us since less than 1% of chiropractors actually blog. Nevertheless, those that do discover blogging obviously have multiple questions that typically are elementary in nature. Thus, the purpose of this screencast — to demonstrate the anatomy of my blog and how I use it.

Posterous.com Can Update ALL of Your Online Accounts via Email

post43_posterousOver the weekend, I received a direct message through Twitter by a chiropractor who recently started a blog and the use of social media. He wanted to know if there was an easy and quick way to update both his personal and professional social media accounts as well as his blog all at once.

If you’ve been an avid reader of this blog, then you’re aware of the post that introduced you to Ping.fm and Tubemogul. Each offer efficient ways to distribute your content and message through multiple social media accounts and online platforms.

However, there’s another website that is receiving quite a bit of attention here recently by both professional bloggers and social media advocates. It’s called Posterous.com.
