If you’re a business owner and chiropractic entrepreneur, you don’t need me to remind you how important statistics are to the health and future growth of your chiropractic practice. Correct numbers not only speak volumes on what you’re doing correctly but also on what needs to be fixed.
However, outside of cold hard stats, another area that needs constant monitoring is your customer service program. Smart chiropractors not only have systems in place that allow patients to give accurate assessments but also monitor that input so that their business doesn’t run aground unexpectedly simply by not paying attention.
Consequently, producing super satisfied customers becomes our goal. Without them, we can forget about creating self-sustaining, referral-based practices.
That being the case, let me ask you, how well are you doing? Do you have a system in place that allows patients to tell you straight from your webiste?
If not, let me introduce you to KISSinsights, a free online survey company that helps you capture customer feedback through powerful survey software and tools.
Simply put, KISSinsights gives your patients a way to tell you what they need through an intuitive and non-distracting pop-up window. Just ask a question or two and your patients will see it slide up from the bottom right-hand corner of your site.
And, installation is a snap. After signup, just choose the question you want to ask and KISSinsights will generate the code. It takes less than two minutes to get it on your site. Then no more code changes, ever.
As answers are captured, KISSinsights will email you the results. This way responses are only accessible to you and not posted to a publicly available website.
Bottom line — KISSinsights is a win-win. It’s intuitive, easy to use, and averages 41 responses per survey generated. With this data, chiropractors will be better armed when refining their customer service program.
Question: Do you have a customer service program in place? If so, how well is it tailored toward your patients’ needs instead of your own?
Let me hear your thoughts in the {comments} section below.

My only complaint with KISS Insights is the pricing model. They seemed priced for a more corporate minded clientele. The free service does offer some great options though.

I use Survey Monkey religiously with my email subscribers but have enjoyed testing KISSinsights using their free option. For my use, I don’t need the paid service.
